Terms and Conditions – Majdoline Travel

Majdoline Travel and our entire team welcome you to Morocco.
We are a car and 4x4 rental agency, with or without a driver, operating in Marrakech and Agadir, offering a wide range of vehicles suited to all your needs for a simple, efficient, and affordable rental experience.

Our diverse fleet allows us to accommodate both short-term and long-term rentals. Thanks to our local agencies, we provide fast vehicle delivery and collection, both day and night.

• Guarantee and Payment Terms

• A security deposit is mandatory: starting from €500 for standard vehicles and €3000 for 4x4s, payable by credit card or in cash.
• This deposit will be returned at the end of the rental, provided the terms and conditions have been respected.
• The full rental amount must be paid upon delivery of the vehicle and is non-refundable.

• Vehicle Use

• Except for 4x4s, driving on unpaved roads is strictly prohibited. Any damage caused by off-road use will be charged according to the cost of the repairs.
• Standard vehicles are insured for 5 people (driver included), and 4x4s for 7 people. Any excess will be the full responsibility of the renter.

• Fuel and Vehicle Condition

• The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at delivery. No refund will be given for any excess fuel.
• The renter is responsible for any interior damage (burns, stains, tears, etc.) and any exterior damage, if they are at fault.
• In the event of a breakdown or accident, the renter is fully responsible for the vehicle until a Majdoline Travel representative arrives on-site.
• We accept no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items left or transported in the vehicle.
• Tire damage is not covered by the agency.
